Pork Tonkatsu w/ Watermelon Tomato Salad

I was looking to cook something new and came across this recipe from Epicurious.com. Holy moly. Who knew tomatoes and watermelon mixed with a dijon dressing could taste so good! The pork tonkatsu is REALLY good.

I found Panko at a local Asian/organic supermarket. I wouldn't think it would be a problem if you used regular bread crumbs. It will probably be a little heavier, but I'm guessing it will still taste really good.

Umm. Yes. My pork tonkatsu has a hole in it. The photo on Epicurious is prettier. Hey man. I design clothes, not food.
